Operations Engineer (Building/Facilities)

We are seeking a results-driven and technically competent Property Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and engineering functions of our property. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of building systems and facilities.

• Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEPFS) facilities.
• Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted building operations.
• Conduct routine inspections, coordinate fit-out activities, and ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers to address operational concerns, maintenance requirements, and project-related activities.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory management, project implementation, emergency response, and the preparation of technical and operational reports.

• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (ME) or Licensed Electrical Engineer (EE).
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in building operations, property management, facilities management, or a similar engineering role.
• Experience handling office, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or high-rise properties.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEPFS systems, maintenance planning, fit-out coordination, and overall building operations.
• Proven ability in vendor and contractor management, tenant relations, budgeting, and facilities administration, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
