Finance Staff - Bookkeeper

WE'RE HIRING: BOOKKEEPER

(for HIGHPOINT VENTURES)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and bookkeeping records
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial reports
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial records and concerns
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
