We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Sales Representative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is not a cold-calling role. Instead, you'll support our Sales team by coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, updating customers, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain product lead times.
• Track customer orders and shipment updates.
• Assist Sales Representatives with order entry and CRM updates.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and post-purchase satisfaction.
• Support administrative and operational sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.

• 5+ years of Customer Service, Sales Support, or Inside Sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience using CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Able to overlap at least 4 hours daily with U.S. Eastern Time.
