Retail account - customer service reps.

As a Retail Account CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our retail clients, managing day-to-day account inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems quickly, and communicate effectively will play a critical role in our success.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned retail accounts
• Process purchase orders, returns, and account updates
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and efficiently
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue and determining the best solution.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of customer service or account management experience, preferably in a retail or B2B setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
