Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and introduce new products/ideas to drive sales growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers and team members
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Develop and manage sales budgets and expenses.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Professional Development:
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Bakery Science, or a related field.
• Bakery School Graduate or equivalent certification in baking science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery manufacturing or operations management.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of bakery processes, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (80%).
