Retail Sales Associate

What You'll Do
Drive Retail Growth- Monitor sales performance and prepare business insights and reports
- Support initiatives that improve store performance and customer experience
- Track key retail metrics and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with partners and vendors for promotional campaigns and collaborations
- Assist in launching marketing initiatives across retail channels
- Help strengthen relationships with key business partners
- Work with Digital Marketing and E-Commerce teams on campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate the production and deployment of marketing materials
- Assist in increasing brand visibility across retail locations
- Help identify and evaluate potential store locations
- Participate in site visits and store development activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful store openings
- Monitor project timelines and support expansion initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, activations, and events
- Coordinate event logistics, inventory, and operational requirements
- Work directly with clients and partners to ensure successful execution
- Prepare post-event performance reports and insights
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in retail, marketing, events, sales, or project coordination is an advantage
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with SAP is a plus but not required
