- Accurately processing a range of banking transactions including new accounts, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments
- Maintaining cash drawers and balancing transactions at the end of each shift
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Adhering to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Providing support to other team members as needed
