Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Philippines is hiring a Product Manager for a multinational medical device company specializing in surgical and critical care. Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans that support business growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across assigned portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, assess trends, and shape positioning strategies.
- Lead product launches, from planning and training to demand generation and post-launch evaluation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Clinical to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
- Collaborate with regional or global teams on branding, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
- Support the sales team through training, product knowledge dissemination, and field engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and product management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong understanding of commercial and clinical dynamics in the hospital or institutional market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; further studies in healthcare or management is a plus.
