Technical Services Lead

The role of the Technical Services Lead is to manage the Technical Services activities and lead the engineers to ensure that all of the team's targets are met. This includes coordination with the Arsenals and Business teams to ensure proper deployment of necessary manpower and support, and completion of projects with accuracy and efficiency.

This role includes provision of guidance and expertise to the team on both Project Management and Technical fronts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the following activities and ensure that all arsenals’ pre-sales needs are being met, that projects are being implemented on time with the agreed quality and costs, and that all projects and installations are being properly operated and maintained.

Pre-sales Activities
  • Customer meetings and site inspection
  • Project costing
Implementation Activities
  • Contractors engagement
  • Project implementation management
Operations and Maintenance Activities
  • Operations Monitoring
  • Maintenance management
People Management Activities
  • Project Management Guidance
  • Technical Guidance (electrical, structural)
Minimum Requirements
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Electrical Engineer
  • At least 8-10 years working experience in the related field, preferably with knowledge of the energy/power industry
  • Experienced at Project Management
  • Experienced at managing 2 or more team members
  • Willing to do actual site inspection and works
