We are looking for a strong and experienced PHRN Team Leader to join our healthcare BPO team!
Qualifications:- Active PHRN License
- At least 3 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO setup handling a Healthcare account
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
- Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas, Pasig
- Can start ASAP
- Lead and manage healthcare operations teams to ensure performance targets are achieved
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members
- Handle escalations and support daily operations
- Drive team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
