Bar tender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning spills, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during busy periods.
• Assist in creating new drink specials and promotions to enhance the bar menu.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and new beverage offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and alcohol laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess any necessary certifications
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
