Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff, enforce hygiene standards, and ensure a high level of guest and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Assign tasks and schedules to housekeeping personnel and monitor their performance.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper use.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related complaints or issues from guests or management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping operations.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services efficiently.
• Conduct regular meetings with the housekeeping team to discuss improvements and updates.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, staff performance, and maintenance needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday
