Role: Outbound Sales RepresentativeWork Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Philippines - Cloudstaff Branches (Pampanga/Makati/Ortigas/Tarlac/Cebu/Davao)
Schedule: Night shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls & Prospecting:
- Initiate cold calls and outreach to new potential donors for the company's various campaigns.
- Identify and qualify new business leads by contacting businesses and organizations for promotional product and branded apparel needs.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, track interactions, and follow up consistently to ensure opportunities are being nurtured.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with potential donors, ensuring they are excited to support fundraising efforts.
- Build rapport with decision-makers at businesses and organizations, demonstrating the value of custom promotional products and apparel for their brand.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients/donors to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Presenting & Closing Sales:
- Effectively present impact and campaigns to potential donors, using persuasive communication skills to convert them into committed supporters.
- Provide tailored product recommendations and guiding clients through the process of selecting promotional items that best suit their brand and objectives.
- Close deals and finalize commitments, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to stay updated on current campaigns, promotional products, and donor engagement strategies.
- Accurately log and track all sales activity in CRM software, providing detailed reports on sales progress and campaign success.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new potential business partners and donors in key sectors.
- Develop strategies to approach new leads based on specific goals and needs of each organization or business.
Qualification and requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in fundraising or B2B sales.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients and donors.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the fundraising and/or promotional product industries is a plus.
