Industrial Engineer

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. The role involves data analysis, process documentation, and collaboration with different departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study existing processes, workflows, and layouts to identify inefficiencies
• Conduct time and motion studies and workload analysis
• Assist in process improvement and standardization initiatives
• Develop and update process maps, SOPs, and work instructions
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports and recommendations
• Support productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, and management teams
• Monitor KPIs and assist in performance measurement
• Participate in audits, improvement meetings, and project implementations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma concepts)
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Good communication and documentation skills
