Qualifications:
- ) English proficiency sufficient for Korean students to believe you are a native speaker from the U.S., U.K., or Australia (any nationality accepted).
- ) Home-based work environment.
- ) At least 6 months of English teaching experience preferred.
- ) Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major.
- ) Class hours: AM shift 06:00–15:00 / PM shift 15:00–23:00.
- ) Submission of a 1-minute self-introduction video is required (applications without this video will not be reviewed).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ₱45,000 – ₱55,000 (additional performance-based incentives provided on top of base pay).
- The long-term service allowance increases every year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct classes with enthusiasm and responsibility to help students improve their English skills.
- Provide 10/20/30/40-minute phone and video English lessons.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress and performance.
Technical Requirements:
Computer: Desktop or laptopOperating System: Windows 11 or higher
Processor: Intel Core i5 7th generation or AMD Ryzen5 or higher
Memory: At least 8GB RAM
Storage: SSD 128GB or higher recommended
Headset: Noise-canceling microphone included (Logitech or Jabra USB type recommended)
Internet: Stable LAN connection with at least 50 Mbps (backup internet of at least 10 Mbps required)
- Backup connection must be installed within one month after employment.
Work Environment: Quiet home environment.
Others:
Interviews are conducted Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Online interviews will be conducted via Zoom (Microsoft Teams ID must be provided upon application).
Training period: 3 days (4 hours per day).
