Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, growth, and commercial success for our SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Tech, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Directors, Project Manager, and engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery.

This role combines product leadership, growth strategy, customer insight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own key business outcomes including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth while serving as the voice of the customer and the bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Establish product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics aligned with company growth goals
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and scalability
  • Present product strategy and roadmap updates to leadership and stakeholders
Growth & Commercial Impact
  • Drive product growth, engagement, retention, and monetization initiatives
  • Identify and execute opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization
  • Lead continuous product discovery through customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and market insights
  • Run data-driven experiments and iterative improvements to validate assumptions and maximize impact
  • Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics including conversion rates, retention, LTV, funnels, cohorts, and adoption patterns
Roadmap & Product Delivery
  • Develop and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Technical Directors to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Create clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Balance feature development with technical debt management, stability, and performance improvements
  • Coordinate dependencies across technical teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate delivery timelines, priorities, and trade-offs effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Head of Tech on technical feasibility and product scalability
  • Work closely with the Project Manager on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with Technical Directors on architecture and engineering decisions
  • Coordinate with QA teams on testing strategies and quality standards
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams with product knowledge and customer insights
  • Align with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and product planning meetings
Customer & Market Insights
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, and market trends
  • Conduct user interviews and customer research to uncover pain points and opportunities
  • Identify feature improvements and strategic growth opportunities
  • Present customer insights and market analysis to executive leadership
  • Support customer success initiatives and issue escalations
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Analytics & Decision-Making
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, metrics, and OKRs
  • Use data analysis to guide product decisions and validate opportunities
  • Track feature adoption, engagement, and usage trends
  • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders and leadership
  • Prioritize initiatives using data-driven analysis and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven success launching and scaling products or features
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Experience with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  • Demonstrated experience driving growth through experimentation and iteration
  • Experience defining and executing OKRs or similar frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
  • Technical or engineering background
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with product analytics and A/B testing
  • Experience managing cross-functional or multi-team initiatives
  • MBA or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in fast-paced or distributed organizations
