Junior AI Developer

Work Hours: US hours

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior AI Developer to join our growing AI team! You'll help build the next generation of internal AI tools and intelligent agents. Your work will contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered applications that streamline operations and enhance productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI agents using LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration
• Build prompt-based workflows, embeddings, and toolchains to enable intelligent agent actions
• Deploy AI tools as internal web applications or integrations (e.g., Zoom bots, dashboards)
• Implement logging, tracing, and fine-tuning of LLM agent behaviors
• Stay current with trends in AI development, including open-source tools and commercial APIs
• Assist in automating data extraction, summarization, and document processing tasks
