The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and compliance with company standards. The position supervises restaurant staff, monitors service quality, and assists in achieving sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in scheduling and assigning duties to restaurant personnel.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support management in achieving sales targets and operational objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related course.With experience in restaurant operations or food service supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to handle customer concerns and operational challenges effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
