Job Summary:

Creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist that will manage and execute social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage with our community, and drive online traffic and conversion through engaging social media contents.

He or she must be adept with multiple social media platforms, have a passion for digital marketing, and be able to generate trendy and fresh ideas to help the brand stay ahead in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Strategy. Create an engaging and innovative social media content plan that showcases the products and resonates with the target audience across multiple social platforms. Stay ahead of the curve on makeup and beauty trends, translating them into high-performing social media content.
  • Brand Campaign Execution. Work with the strategist to execute social media campaigns that support larger business objectives. Collaborate with the marketing and CSR team to ensure a cohesive social media campaigns, brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Customer and Community Engagement. Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a loyal social media community across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and others.
  • Social Media Performance Monitoring and Reporting. Continuously track, analyze, and optimize social media performance to achieve KPIs such as engagement, growth, and traffic. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of our social media channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaborations. Work closely with other teams such as Social Media, PR, Creatives, and Product teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (preferably in a professional setting).
  • Experience in content creation and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
