Office Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)

Responsibilities:

• Received, log, update and keep all project related document;
• Able to control the document flow and check the accuracy of all documents;
• Control the incoming, outgoing correspondence and transmittals through system
• Always check the system records if there is incoming or pending document and updating records are necessary;
• Preparing ang managing correspondence reports and documents, especially the following:

Preparing for the proposal of Supplier, Subcontractor, Manufacturer and Material submission

Preparing for the shop drawing submission and can edit the drawing by Autocad

Preparing the report and letter submission

Prepare the RFI

MEP Progress of works report

Presentation by MS Powerpoint

• Prepare the Timesheet, Internal Notice and issuing Leave Form of the staff in the dept.
• Preparing of PR in system
• Prepare the IN to the other external department
• Any other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Graduate. Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years experience on construction, railway & buildings
• Proficient in Autocad, MS office
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• With positive attitude towards a multicultural working environment.
