Oversee Talent Identification and Candidate Experience team members at the GBC
- Create and maintain operational processes and practices to ensure compliance and consistency in the execution and administration of Talent Acquisition activities
- Provide training and guidance to team members, when needed
- Respond to complex scenarios and inquiries from Managers and Recruiters to ensure prompt and accurate decisions
- Leverage existing knowledge of the local talent market to build competitive intelligence and a pipeline of target companies and candidates
- Continuously expand knowledge of local and national talent markets
- Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends
- Perform due diligence on candidate profiles
- Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.)
- Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several teams
