About the role
Dedon Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic IT Generalist-OJT to join our dynamic team in our Zone 7, Birds of Paradise, Riverside, Canduman, Mandaue City, Cebu office. In this OJT role, you will be responsible for providing essential IT support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure.
What you'll be doing- Network Basics:
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and routing concepts.
- Familiarity of network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
- Understanding of Server Administration:
- Setting up servers (Windows, Linux)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, domain controllers and group policies.
- Operating Systems: Knowledge in configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining WINDOWS OS
- Basic Programming skills is a plus.
- OJT from BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering graduate students.
