Shift Mechanic

The Shift Mechanic is responsible in conducting mechanical repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of production and utility equipment during assigned shift. Respond to machine and equipment breakdowns. Perform mechanical inspections and supporting improvement efforts related to machine performance and reliability.
Job Requirements:
- Vocational Diploma, Certificate in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, and Mechatronics Servicing (Preferably NCII or NCIII level)
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience as Plant or Shift Mechanic in Manufacturing or FMCG production environment
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Functional knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine alignment
- Can read and interpret mechanical drawings, exploded diagrams, and SOPs
- Basic skills in using machine shop tools
- Reliable in fast-paced shift operations
