Job Description
Posted on 10 July 2026Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles.
Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, brake servicing, tire rotation, and fluid replacement.
Diagnose engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, air conditioning, and electrical system issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
Replace or repair defective parts and components as needed.
Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure proper vehicle performance.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, tools, and equipment.
Recommend necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to supervisors or vehicle users.
Follow all company policies, workplace safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate with the Parts and Procurement Department regarding required spare parts and materials.
Qualifications/Requirements
vocational diploma, or equivalent; a certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field is preferred.At least one (1) to two (2) years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems accurately using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair procedures for various types of vehicles.
Familiarity with the proper use of automotive tools, equipment, and workshop safety practices.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time
