R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Business Development Manager – Food Group to expand our commissary and Katherine’s Café business through strategic partnerships and new revenue channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop institutional accounts including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, supermarkets, and food service businesses.
- Grow corporate sales through bulk orders, employee programs, meetings, events, and corporate gifting.
- Identify and secure new kiosk locations for Katherine’s Café breads and pastries.
- Build new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage key client relationships.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, B2B food sales, key account management, or the food and hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
