Marketing & Sale Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing and sales strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue, and strengthen the company’s brand. This role leads the marketing and sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and sales strategies to meet business goals for cabeza de Buena vista township.
• Lead marketing campaigns (both online and offline), advertising, promotions, and brand positioning.
• Oversee daily sales operations and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints regarding products or services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
• Set sales targets and monitor the performance of sales personnel.
• Recruit, train, and develop marketing and sales staff.
• Coordinates with graphic artists and media provides.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable on marketing concepts such as Lamentation, Profiling, Customer Journey etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with managerial responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Analytical, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office applications.

Working Conditions:

• Regular office hours with occasional overtime or fieldwork for events, client visits, or sales activities.
