Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth. The role involves market research, campaign execution, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital content, etc.).
• Manage and monitor company’s social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
• Organize and support promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Prepare and update regular marketing reports, campaign results, and sales support materials.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and ensure alignment of goals.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and advertising agencies.
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and communication efforts.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Marketing Manager or management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
