About the role

Villbrosis Realty Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team in North Fairview, Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bustling restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising profitability.

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including scheduling staff, inventory management, and budgeting
2. Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
3. Implement effective strategies to drive sales, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
5. Analyse financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
6. Foster a positive work culture and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
2. Proven track record of successfully managing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant or bar, including staffing, inventory, and financial management
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
5. Proficient in the use of relevant restaurant management software and tools
6. Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, industry regulations, and best practices
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
