Is currently looking for:

ARCHITECT

Responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. This role involves translating client needs into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget.
• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed plans.
• Prepare and present drawings, blueprints, 3D models, and proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.
• Oversee project progress and provide on-site supervision when necessary.
• Conduct site visits to review construction work and resolve design-related issues.
• Research and recommend sustainable design practices, materials, and technologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and architectural innovations.
