What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Support, you will be the backbone of the sales team—ensuring quotes are delivered accurately, follow-ups are tracked, and communication flows seamlessly across stakeholders.- Prepare, manage, and send accurate sales quotations (primary responsibility)
- Coordinate follow-ups, action items, and next steps from sales meetings
- Manage and organize multiple inboxes, including sales and Managing Director communications
- Support Business Development Managers and the Key Account Manager with day-to-day coordination
- Track and manage sales activities to ensure timely responses and client engagement
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of quotes, communications, and updates
- Liaise with internal teams to gather required information for quotations and responses
- Assist in ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities as leadership structure evolves
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including prioritizing and responding to emails
- Help streamline processes and improve efficiency across sales operations
- Proven experience in sales administration, coordination, or a similar role
- Strong experience preparing quotations and managing follow-ups
- Ability to balance sales support responsibilities with executive admin tasks
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and inboxes effectively
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
