Sales Associate - Quezon City

The Role

Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the overall success of our store located in Metro Manila.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering knowledgeable product recommendations
• Maintain neat, organised, and visually appealing product displays to create an inviting shopping environment
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales targets and actively participating in promotional activities

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management practices
• Energetic, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience
