We are currently hiring for Accounting Specialist to join our #happyatwork growing team!

Job Overview:

To proactively manage the Accounts Receivables process, including the timely and accurate processing and payment of all compliant and approved creditor invoices.

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control
• Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and follow up on overdue payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable in the company's financial systems
• Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
• Support the Finance team in various other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-3 years of accounts receivables experience
• Experience within the BPO set up is a PLUS but not required
• Average verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task
• Well-organized, and has a keen attention to details
• Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
