Job Description

Design & Engineering

Design electrical systems, layouts, and schematics in accordance with project specifications

Prepare technical drawings, load calculations, and system designs

Review and approve electrical plans and specifications

Installation & Commissioning

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements

Coordinate with contractors and project teams during implementation

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical issues

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

Ensure minimal downtime through timely repairs and system optimization

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates

Support audits and regulatory inspections

Project & Coordination

Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and other engineering teams

Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation

Provide technical guidance to technicians and maintenance staff

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred, depending on regulatory requirements)

1–5 years of relevant engineering experience (entry-level candidates may be considered for junior roles)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems

Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
