We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Monitor restaurant sales, labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Analyze and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) reports to identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
• Maintain and review the Operational Performance Logbook, ensuring accurate documentation of key operational metrics, action plans, and follow-ups.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Develop action plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance team performance.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and support departments to implement company initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong background in Profit and Loss (P&L) management and financial performance analysis.
• Experience maintaining and utilizing an Operational Performance Logbook to monitor restaurant performance.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
