Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and systems are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor daily tasks, Maintenance schedule
- Monitor and implement preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown of equipment
- Assist all store concern and planning
- Resolve, schedule, assist to MT Heads and Assistant Manager for collecting data for all Maintenance concern of equipment
- Supervise and schedule daily maintenance activities
- Ensure timely repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical, or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Interpret schematic diagram, active analyzation with regards to equipment concern.
- Calm, and attention to details
- With knowledge in MS Office, Excel
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
