As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the full lifecycle of profiling pre-vetted candidates-crafting recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing expert guidance throughout the process. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless alignment of talent to client needs, supporting business growth through precision, insight, and strong candidate experiences.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in database management and record keeping
- Solid understanding of recruitment workflows and best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Strong work ethic and passion for recruitment and delivering results
- Desire to engage with people and build professional relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to implement proactive sourcing strategies
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer
- Coordinate with Business Development, Account Management, Finance, IT, and Facilities teams to meet client requirements and expectations
- Attend recruitment calibration calls
- Utilize recruitment tools and channels effectively to source best-fit candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent network across IT, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, and Business Support functions
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate interviews
- Prepare assessment forms and quality-check all documents sent to clients
- Schedule, facilitate, and conduct briefs for client interviews
- Follow up with key contacts on requirement updates and candidate statuses
- Update and maintain accurate records in the recruitment system
- Prepare and execute job offers and employment contracts
- Conduct reference checks and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements to support onboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics as needed
- Submit recruitment reports on schedule
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify recruitment and sourcing opportunities
- Deliver excellent service to both clients and candidates
- Demonstrate recruitment best practices and promote brand awareness
- Perform administrative or ad hoc tasks as assigned by company representatives
