Qualifications

Need to have:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in digital media or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Problem-solving mentality with a high attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable analytical skills

Responsibilities
  • Assist in pulling platform data and preparing client reports across paid digital campaigns
  • Support campaign analysis across social, programmatic DSP/SSP, and advertising platforms
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and support as a key point of contact
  • Develop and improve operational processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Beta test internal proprietary tools and provide structured feedback
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and performance alignment activities
  • Support ongoing optimization to ensure client goals and KPIs are achieved
