Marketing Procurement Specialist (POSM / Retail)

We are looking for a Marketing Procurement Specialist with experience in sourcing retail marketing materials and POSM. This role will work closely with the Marketing team to support in-store executions, campaigns, and brand visibility across retail channels.

• Source and manage suppliers for POSM and marketing collaterals, including:
• Store signage, banners, streamers
• Standees, display units, gondola setups
• Promotional materials and customized items
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and timelines
• Handle supplier negotiations, costing, and quality assurance for marketing materials
• Manage end-to-end procurement:
• Request → sourcing → quotation → PO → delivery
• Ensure timely delivery and proper execution of materials across retail stores
• Evaluate supplier performance, cost efficiency, and output quality

• Experience in retail, marketing, or advertising industry
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, marketing, or advertising industry
• Exposure to:
• POSM / in-store displays / branding materials
• Some hands-on experience with POSM and in-store displays is required
• Working with media agencies or production suppliers
• Strong supplier coordination and negotiation skills
• Background in procurement, sourcing, or category buying
• 2-3 years of procurement, sourcing, or category buying experience required
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns/projects
