Job Description:

This role requires strong financial acumen, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills to provide insights that align with the company’s risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess the credit risk of clients or businesses.
• Prepare detailed credit assessment reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor existing accounts to identify early signs of potential risks.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper risk assessment and compliance with credit policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit reviews and approvals.
• Support in improving credit assessment processes and risk models.
• Provide insights to management for decision-making on loan approvals, extensions, or denials.

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Credit Analyst, Risk Analyst, or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and credit evaluation methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Experience in preparing and presenting credit analysis reports is mandatory.
