Responsibilities:

• In charge or repair, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance of all kitchen equipment and facilities equipment.
• Checks equipment and completes maintenance checklist.
• Checks busted lights, wirings and other things that need repair and advises Manager on Duty. Makes recommendations on repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Purchase of equipment parts and materials for repairs.
• Assists Manager on Duty in supervising maintenance work done by contractors.
• Assists Manager on Duty in securing permits from building administration for maintenance work.
• Assists in monitoring cleanliness of the parking lot, back area and restrooms.
• Cleans glass windows and front area as needed.
• Provides carpentry tasks for furniture and materials needed by the Company.
• Helps out in the construction, repair and maintenance of restaurants and head office.
• Facilitates team effort by performing activities that may be assigned or requested by other team members from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

Must be a graduate of Ref and Aircon Technology NC I or NCII

Physically Fit

Must be willing to assign to East Ortigas or Robinsons Galleria or Megamall or Greenhills
