Supply Chain Assistant (AU Client)
Supply Chain Assistant | WFH | AU Hours | SAP B1 | Glass & Tableware Industry
You've put in the work. You know SAP, you understand logistics, and you're the kind of person who keeps operations moving when everyone else is scrambling. But somewhere along the way, the role stopped challenging you — or worse, your skills stopped being recognised.
This is the opportunity to change that.
About the Company:Go Recruit is partnering with one of Australia's largest glass production companies — a well-established manufacturer with a strong operational footprint and a reputation for precision and reliability. They're building out their offshore support team and are looking for someone who can own the sales administration function with minimal hand-holding.
About the Role:As Supply Chain Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the sales and logistics process — managing everything from order intake to dispatch coordination and customer communication. You'll work directly with internal teams and third-party logistics providers, keeping orders accurate, timelines on track, and clients informed.
This is a full-time, work-from-home engagement running on Sydney business hours.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries across email, phone, and chat with professionalism and accuracy
- Process sales orders, acknowledgements, and invoices end-to-end
- Coordinate dispatches, pick lists, and transport bookings with 3PL partners
- Monitor order status, back orders, and ETAs — proactively flagging issues before they escalate
- Liaise with internal teams on stock availability and delivery timelines
- Manage credit claims and RMAs with attention to detail and process compliance
- Prepare Stock and Sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets
What You'll Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One — this is non-negotiable
- Advanced proficiency in both Excel and Google Sheets, particularly for reporting
- A solid background in customer service, order processing, or logistics administration
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage strict daily cut-off times
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate problems and solve them before being asked
You won't be stuck in a queue waiting for someone to notice your potential. This role gives you direct visibility into a real supply chain operation, genuine ownership of your function, and the stability of a long-term engagement with an established Australian company — all from the comfort of your home.
If you're the kind of professional who takes pride in getting things right, this team will value that.
Compensation & Benefits:
- PHP 25,000 – 30,000 per month
- Fully remote — work from home
- Sydney business hours + Weekends Off
- Paid time off
- Paid Australian public holidays
