Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
• Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and events, including logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
• Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, both online and offline, in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.
• Assist in general office duties.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Prior experience in administrative support or office management is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
