Audit assistant

Job Description

• Responsible for audit and monitoring the inventory of non-tobacco materials, tobacco materials, finished goods, and assets;
• Validates the liquidations of revolving fund (RF)of the company and conducts actual cash count of RF on a surprise basis;
• Processes and audits Request for Payments from Purchasing Dept. and Accounting & Finance Department;
• Validates the Check Voucher and Checks for proper releasing;
• Monitors and audits the liquidation of cash advances;
• Checks the accuracy of delivered items such as Non-tobacco and Tobacco materials;
• Attests in every delivery of purchased materials;
• Handles the scrap such as inventory, preparation of its billing and collection;
• Conducts physical count of Tools, Materials and Spare parts;
• Audits the payroll attendance;
• Assists Accounting & Finance Department in cash count payroll as well as in releasing of cash payroll;
• Monitors utility expenses such as but not limited to the following: Hotel Expenses, Fuel Consumption Expenses, Vehicles’ Spare parts Expenses, Free Meal Expenses, Cellular phone charges of certain employees, etc.; and
• Performs other tasks or duties assigned by the Audit Supervisor or Audit Head.
