Key Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take on a variety of essential accounting duties, including:

• Preparing bank deposits and resolving customer concerns
• Updating collections monitoring for RCoE
• Identifying and reconciling customer rebates (aligned with signed contracts)
• Reconciling invoices, sending SOAs, and identifying discrepancies
• Collecting and monitoring BIR Form 2307 from customers
• Reviewing reimbursement forms before submitting to the regional team
• Processing AP vouchers with complete supporting documents
• Drafting FTT API entries in SAP B1
• Preparing cheques with corresponding documents for release
• Entering financial transactions into internal databases
• Preparing JE requests for AR, AP, and GL submissions to RCoE
• Reconciling and preparing BIR Form 2307 for vendors
• Coordinating with RCoE Tax Team on EWT matters
• Assisting in BIR and Financial Statement audits
• Maintaining local masterdata (e.g., sales prices) in SAP B1
• Supporting ad hoc tasks, including archiving and stakeholder coordination

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Accounting Assistant or Clerk
• Sound knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance and tax regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP B1, and SAP Concur
• Strong math and analytical skills
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
