Shift manager - treasury - Olongapo

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Treasury, front windows, main bank, chip bank and count room.
• Handle operational issues and concerns; and elevate these to the Treasury Manager or Senior Management as required.
• Handle Treasury's overall daily reports to include the reconciliation of the chips, cash and cash other equivalents, review of AML reportable transactions; and submit report to Gaming Audits (and AML Compliance Team, if any).
• Assist the Treasury Manager in daily Treasury operations and acts as the Treasury Manager when he/she is not available.
• Overall control of the Cashier float balances and uphold the procedure and policies in maintaining the Cashier float on track and balance.
• Ensure the efficient and productive operations of the Treasury transactions with patrons.
• Prepare the financial statement for the opening, day-to-day trading and closing operations.
• The implementations of al Treasury rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Recording, completion and approval of the Junket settlement and the corresponding settlements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree of any course.
• Possesses 3–5 years of relevant experience in the casino industry.
• Leadership and People Management Skill. 100% Trustworthy.
• Microsoft Office Literate, fluent in English both writing and speaking.
