Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Legal Compliance
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Counsel for Legal Compliance to join our Corporate Legal team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. In this critical role, you will serve as a primary legal guardian for the company, balancing litigation management with proactive advisory services.
Functional Roles & Responsibilities:
- Represents the company in litigation and similar matters before judicial and administrative bodies
- Manages external counsel handling other cases
- Demonstrable commercial and legal judgment including the ability to assess risk and advise accordingly
- Handles employment-related concerns and assists HR in administrative investigations
- Prepares, reviews and finalizes contracts and agreements of vendors and employees
- Reviews and advises management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
- Carry-out duties as may be assigned by the supervising attorney
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:(Must Have)- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor – and must have passed the Bar Exams
- Someone with at least five (5) years of working experience in labor and employment-related matters
- Amenable to work onsite as may be required
- Can work on flexible work hours depending on business needs
- Keen attention to detail
- Demonstrates impeccable work ethic
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to adapt to a challenging and fast pace environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to execute on multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Must have had relevant experience in the BPO Industry
- Must have worked in a law office
