Job Summary:

The Logistics Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining logistics data related to shipments, inventory, delivery receipts, and warehouse transactions into the system. This role ensures that all logistics-related documentation is up to date, complete, and readily accessible for operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibility:

• Encode incoming and outgoing shipments to ERP or logistics system
• Record inventory movements transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and item master records.
• Ensure proper archiving of digital and physical logistics documents.
• Update shipment status and tracking details for all deliveries.
• Assist in cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and variance reporting.
• Track expiration dates and monitor adherence to FEFO/FIFO principles.
• Alert logistics and warehouse teams about slow-moving or soon-to-expire items.
• Assist in preparing metrics such as delivery performance, turnaround times, and stock turnover.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams for cross-functional accuracy.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain data entry
• Proficiency in ERP system
• Strong skills in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
• Familiarity with inventory processes and basic supply chain terminology
