DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts routine inspections;
- Reports directly to the maintenance engineer regarding maintenance activities and assignments;
- Prepares drawing and computations;
- Provide technical assistance and support to Maintenance Engineer;
- Estimates damaged property due to accidents and other unforeseen events;
- Prepare reports, work schedule of activities and documents relative to operations and maintenance;
- Prepare and submit monthly accomplishment report;
- Check and monitor contractor's performance and apply merit/demerits system;
- Checks contractor's billing and validate contractor's accomplishment;
- Directly supervise maintenance crew, handyman equipment operators and other subordinates;
- Prepares plans, estimates and detailed specifications;
- Performs other task required from time to time.
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Must be licensed;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supervisory capacity relating to highway constructions, maintenance and operations.
