Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees and conduct routine health checks and monitor vital signs
- Support HR with medical requirements (pre‑employment, annual exams, return‑to‑work clearances) and maintain confidential employee health records
- Dispense prescribed medicines according to company policy and validate sick leave applications and medical certificates
- Process HMO enrollment, address employee concerns on benefits and assist in health and wellness programs and seminars
- Graduate of Nursing with a valid PRC license
- BOSH Training Certificate (specific for Nurses) – strictly required
- Open to candidates with or without experience
- Knowledgeable in first aid and workplace health standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
