RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and required documentation to relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and handle any discrepancies or issues that arise during the import/export process.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance of goods.
- Monitor and maintain records of customs transactions and assist in audits or inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration
- Proficiency in customs procedures and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in customs brokerage or related field preferred.
